Soap bubbles, those little bitches.
So beautiful but always popping before I want them to.

I wish I could sprinkle some powder that would make them last forever --- or hairspray ( a good quality one I must add ) on them and decorate my home all bubbly. WOULDN'T THAT BE AMAZING ???

I'm getting more and more colour-ish nowadays, as you may see. I bought that shirt with my last money (3€) a while ago, and my friends couldn't believe their eyes when I showed up wearing it. I like leafy things.

And of course I like my beautiful statement necklace, I actually bought two of them. The other one is made of cut glass kind of a material but I prefer this less shiny one at the moment.

When I saw my leafy shirt on the rack (of H&M), I immediately imagined it with the necklet. What a perfect couple !

OH ROSIE

I LOVE YOU ROSIE.

Especially I loved you when I was still living in the Netherlands because your lining is so warm and soft. And in Utrecht where I was living it was super cold. The last days I was wearing my Rosie combined with the warmest winter coat I had with me. Arctic.

I bought the shirt from second hand store Episode a couple of months ago, and I love it to bits. In the store they bleached the shirt by themselves and then sold it for a quite affordable price. And the duck. It's just so damn cute!

The annoying part with the shirt is that you can definitely tell that it has been chlorine-bleached by smelling it. Actually you don't even need to smell it, the scent creeps to your nostrils whether you wanted it or not. But it's worth it -- at least in my opinion.

How do you like it ????

BTW, I'm back in toasty Helsinki. No need for Rosie now.

THE BUTTERFLIES WITH A LUNG CANCER

Today it's very cold here in the Netherlands, but still, this morning butterflies felt like an good idea. I bought these lovelies from the melting pot of all fashion-savvy people --- PRIMARK. If you're lucky, you can really find some nice accessories from there, but their lifespan isn't the longest.

My butterflies were flying with me in one crazy cool night in Berlin, and I haven't used them ever since (except today). I can still sense the smell of cigarettes in their wings.

Lovely.

What it comes to butterflies, I got inspired by Die Antwoord's amazing video Fok Julle Naaiers.
A bit more random decision was to combine them with waves and dolphins, but I just felt like it.

Watch the music video, it's FOKING GOOD!

And sure, obviously I'm naked behind my dolphins.

SHORTSY TIME

Today I was chilling in the high noon hours here in my fantastic backyard garden. This garden is my favorite place in Utrecht where I live at the moment. It's big, green, blooming and verdant. And has a swing in it.

The last days I've been wearing shorts just because I can. It was a definitely a nice surprise to find this pair of Finnish RIIVARI shorts from the shelf, behind the stacks of all other already-so-used clothes.
I'm normally a bit afraid of prints 'this wild', but the sunny garden set me on the mood for this floral stuff. And surely I kept the rest of the outfit simple -- it does calm the print down a lot.

But maybe now it's not a time for calming down, it's summer!!!
Let's enjoy gardens.
